Q2 - What are the requirements to move in?
To move in, you should :
Cover the deposit and 1 month rent
Fill in your application form and send it to us with supporting documents
Q3 - How long is my accommodation contract?
12 / 24 / 36 months, to maintain one price for the duration of your studies.
Align your contract with the duration of your degree, diploma or course and secure one rate for the remainder of your studies.
Q4 - I would like to share with someone else. How does it work?
First, check that the unit you're interested in allows for sharing.
Assuming it does, you have to find someone for you to share the room, apartment, house with.
Should you not have anyone on hand, we will try to assist you by looking for potential matches on our database.
